With this in mind, our last topic will include growth rates & opportunities as we climb out of recession.

Technology has been fundamentally changing the way consumers react with brands and companies. And the travel industry has been affected as much if not more than any other industry. Added to this we are in a severe downturn which has further impacted consumer behaviour.
This session of the ThinkTank addressed how the industry is assessing and measuring behavioural change. After a
